HER Planner Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Operated by HER After Motherhood LTD

Welcome to HER Planner.

HER Planner is a digital planning tool designed to help women organise their responsibilities, manage their time and create more intentional routines.

These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which you may access and use HER Planner.

By creating an account, purchasing access or using HER Planner, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

HER Planner is owned and operated by HER After Motherhood LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

For enquiries, please contact:

Email: support@heraftermotherhood.com

Website: https://heraftermotherhood.com

HER Planner is part of the HER After Motherhood range of products and services.

2. Using HER Planner

HER Planner provides digital tools for personal organisation and planning.

Depending on the version and features available, these may include:

  • Daily and weekly planning

  • Tasks and to-do lists

  • Calendar and schedule management

  • Recurring chores and routines

  • Meal planning

  • Personal goals and organisational tools

  • Additional planning features introduced through future updates

Features may be added, improved, modified or discontinued as the service develops.

We aim to maintain a reliable and useful experience and will provide appropriate notice of significant changes where required.

3. Eligibility

HER Planner is intended primarily for adults aged 18 and over.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into an agreement for the service.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

4. Creating and Managing an Account

Some or all HER Planner features require a registered user account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential.

  • Using a secure password.

  • Maintaining the security of your account.

  • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • Ensuring information you provide during registration is accurate.

You must not intentionally access another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass the application's security controls.

We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and investigate suspicious activity.

5. Payments and Access

HER Planner may be made available through paid downloads, subscriptions, one-time purchases or other clearly described access arrangements.

The applicable price, included features, billing frequency and any additional charges will be presented before you complete a purchase.

Where you purchase HER Planner through Google Play, the Apple App Store or another authorised platform, payment processing and applicable transaction procedures may also be governed by that platform's terms.

Where purchases are made directly through our website, the payment terms displayed at checkout will apply.

Purchasing access to HER Planner grants you a limited right to use the service under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

We will not introduce recurring charges without providing the relevant pricing information and obtaining any authorisation required by law.

6. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where HER Planner offers a recurring subscription:

  • The subscription price and billing period will be disclosed before purchase.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically where clearly stated and authorised.

  • Any trial conditions will be explained before the trial begins.

  • Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law.

  • You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation arrangements applicable to your purchase.

Where subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, users can generally manage them through the relevant store's subscription settings.

Where subscriptions are purchased directly from HER After Motherhood LTD, we will provide an appropriate cancellation process.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals, with access continuing until the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or the specific purchase terms provide otherwise.

Deleting the HER Planner application or deleting your account does not necessarily cancel a subscription administered by a separate payment provider.

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

We want customers to understand what they are purchasing and the rights available to them.

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase, the circumstances and applicable consumer protection law.

Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store may be subject to the relevant platform's refund procedures.

For purchases made directly through HER After Motherhood LTD, please contact support@heraftermotherhood.com.

For qualifying distance purchases, consumers may have a statutory cancellation period. Certain digital content cancellation rights may be affected when immediate supply begins after the consumer has given the legally required express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory rights, including your rights where digital products or services are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Refund and cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase arrangements.

8. Your Planner Content

HER Planner allows you to create and store personal planning information.

You retain ownership of the original content you enter into your account, including your tasks, notes, routines, schedules and other personal entries.

You grant HER After Motherhood LTD a limited permission to store, process, display and otherwise handle that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the HER Planner service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your personal planning information.

You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the information you choose to enter.

You should avoid storing information that you are not authorised to use or disclose.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We recognise that personal planning information can be private and sensitive.

We process personal information in accordance with our HER Planner Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Our Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and protect it, relevant service providers, retention arrangements and your rights.

You may request deletion of your HER Planner account and associated personal information.

Where available, you can initiate account deletion through the application's account settings.

You may also submit a request by contacting:

support@heraftermotherhood.com

When your account is deleted, associated planner information will be removed from active systems, subject to lawful retention requirements and applicable backup retention arrangements.

Account deletion may be irreversible and may result in the loss of your saved information.

Some financial, legal or security-related records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HER Planner lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, databases or infrastructure.

  • Intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the service.

  • Upload malicious code or use the service to distribute harmful software.

  • Use HER Planner to engage in unlawful activities.

  • Copy, reverse engineer or redistribute protected software except where permitted by applicable law.

  • Misrepresent your identity to gain unauthorised access.

Where misuse occurs, we may take proportionate action, including restricting access where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

12. Intellectual Property

HER Planner, including its software, design, branding, original graphics, written materials and other proprietary elements, belongs to HER After Motherhood LTD or its respective licensors.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HER Planner for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute protected elements without permission, except where legally permitted.

The HER After Motherhood name, HER Planner name and associated brand assets must not be used in a misleading way or without appropriate permission.

13. Availability, Maintenance and Updates

We aim to provide a reliable and accessible service.

However, HER Planner may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Planned maintenance.

  • Software updates.

  • Technical faults.

  • Internet or third-party service interruptions.

  • Security incidents.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may release updates to correct bugs, improve functionality, strengthen security or introduce features.

Some updates may be necessary for the continued security and compatibility of the application.

We will take reasonable care in maintaining the service and will provide information about relevant changes where required by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but this does not affect your statutory rights to digital content or services that meet applicable legal standards.

14. Changes to Features and Services

HER Planner may evolve over time.

We may introduce new features, improve existing tools, change how features are presented or retire functionality for legitimate technical, security or operational reasons.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will take account of our contractual obligations and applicable consumer rights.

We will not use this section to remove statutory protections or unfairly deprive customers of paid services.

15. Limitation of Liability

HER Planner is intended to support personal organisation and planning.

While we work to provide accurate and dependable functionality, the application does not replace professional financial, legal, medical or other specialist advice.

Users remain responsible for decisions made using information they enter into the planner.

To the extent permitted by law, HER After Motherhood LTD is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

16. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using HER Planner at any time and may request account deletion.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or material breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any suspension or termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your rights under existing paid arrangements.

17. Third-Party Services

HER Planner may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, communications and other technical functions.

These providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Your use of relevant app stores and payment services may also be subject to their terms.

We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and do not use third-party terms to remove statutory rights owed to our customers.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the application, our business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be made available on our website.

Where changes materially affect your rights or an ongoing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any rights required by applicable law.

Continued use following a validly notified change may indicate acceptance where legally appropriate, but changes will not automatically override rights under an existing contract.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.

If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any applicable rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
